HONEY BUN CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix with pudding (or Betty Crocker) 3/4 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 8 oz. sour cream Dry mixture: 5 tsp. cinnamon Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, sugar and sour cream with beater. Pour half of batter in 9 x 13 inch ungreased Pyrex. Sprinkle half of dry mix on top of batter and swirl. Add remaining batter, rest of dry mix on top and swirl again. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. While cake is hot, punch in holes. Spoon glaze over cake while hot. Glaze: 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. powdered sugar 5 tbsp. canned milk Serves 16 to 20. |
