EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 two layer yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) vanilla frosting

Mix cake mix, dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon with mixer. Stir in carrots and pecans. Pour in 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
