EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Vanilla Philly Frosting

VANILLA PHILLY FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted powdered sugar

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool, frost with Philly Frosting. Makes 10 to 12 servings.

FROSTING: Combine cream cheese, milk and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
