4 eggs
2 c. sugar
Pinch salt
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil or 2 sticks butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Mix ingredients and place in greased angel food or bundt pan. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes, then 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan. When cool dust with XX sugar.
