MEATBALLS AND TOMATO SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, cut fine
1 egg
1 thick slice stale bread
Salt & pepper

Soak bread in cold water, squeeze dry and mix all ingredients together and form into small balls. Roll in bread crumbs and fry slowly for 10 minutes. Dilute tomato soup with equal amount of water, heat and add hot meatballs.
