1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. ice water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add ice water and small marshmallows. When it begins to thicken add pineapple and mayonnaise. Place in mold and chill. Serve with grated cheese on top.
