ORANGE-BLOSSOM MUFFINS 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice, undiluted
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 pkg. Bis-Kits (packaged biscuit mix)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add sifted Bis-Kit mix. Stir in marmalade and pecans. Grease muffin pans; fill 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Be sure to use small muffin tins.

NOTE: This makes approximately 24 medium muffins.
