PEAR COBBLER 
2 lbs. pears
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. apple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

In a medium bowl, everything but the butter. Toss lightly, turn into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish, dot with butter.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven. Make same batter as Apple Cobbler. Bake 35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serves 9.
