BEEF ASPARAGUS SALAD 
Prep 20 Min. + Chilling

1/2 c. Miracle Whip Free Dressing
1/3 c. each: finely chopped green, red and yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp. skim milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. each: salt, black pepper
1 lb. each: roast beef slices, asparagus spears, cooked
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 summer squash, sliced

Mix together dressing, bell peppers, milk, basil, onions, salt and pepper until well blended; chill.

Arrange remaining ingredients on serving platter. Serve with salad dressing mixture. 8 servings. Only 210 calories per serving.
