ASPARAGUS SALAD 
1 sm. pkg lime gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can cream of asparagus soup, undiluted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. cucumber, shredded and well drained
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. parsley

Mix gelatin and water in saucepan; heat until gelatin dissolves. Beat soup, mayonnaise and vinegar with a mixer until smooth. Combine gelatin mixture and soup mixture. Add onion and pepper. Partially chill. Fold in cucumber, celery, and parsley. Pour into mold(s) and chill. May be garnished with mayonnaise and asparagus tips. Serves 8.
