BEEF TENDERLOIN 
1 (3 to 5 lb.) tenderloin
Garlic, minced
5 tbsp. butter

Brown tenderloin on grill or top of stove. Baste with butter and garlic. Wrap in foil, bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 2 hours, slice. (Will be medium) or lowest setting on gas grill.
