BEEF TENDERLOIN 
1 whole beef tenderloin
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 sm. box fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 bottle chili sauce
Lawry's salt to taste or garlic salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place a sheet of aluminum foil 8 inches longer than meat on a cookie sheet. Place tenderloin on foil. Season with Lawry's salt or other. Slice onions on top of meat. Cover with chili sauce. Wrap meat lengthwise and seal ends.

Bake for 1 hour plus. Check with thermometer or slice in middle to check for desired doneness. At one hour, meat is rare to medium rare.
