BEEF TENDERLOIN 
1 (3 lb.) beef tenderloin
1 c. salad oil
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
Meat tenderizer
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Place whole tenderloin in shallow pan, cover with combined oil and dressing mix. Marinate for 2 hours turning once. Sprinkle tenderizer on after 1 hour. Pour off marinate and save. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Baste with marinate, turn and baste again. Spread with kitchen bouquet and bake additional 15 minutes. Slice thinly and serve.
