POLONIA GARLIC SHRIMP 
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. shrimp, deveined
1 red pepper, sliced
3 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Spinach linguine, cooked

Saute butter and garlic in large pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Saute 3 minutes. Pour over linguine.
