POPPYSEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppyseed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract

Mix all ingredients with a electric mixer until smooth. Pour into 2 large or 5 small greased bread pans. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.

GLAZE:

Mix together 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 teaspoon butter extract, and 3/4 cup powder sugar. Add orange juice until a thin glaze is made. Poke holes in bread with fork while still hot. Pour on glaze. Freezes well.
