CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 sm. green pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. skim milk
1 sm. jar pimento
Salt to taste

Simmer pepper and onion until tender; drain. Add other ingredients. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
