CHILI SAUCE 
25 ripe tomatoes
8 green peppers
6 onions
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. celery
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mash tomatoes with potato masher or grinder. Run peppers and onions through grinder. Boil 1 hour. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt. Put spices in bag. Cook together for 2 hours more. Put in 1 pint jars and seal while hot.
