PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans (1 lb. size) pineapple, undrained
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Pour pineapple and juice in bottom of casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar. Sprinkle over pineapple. Next, sprinkle grated cheese, then crushed Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
