PORK STIR FRY 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese vegetables
3 tsp. vegetable oil
2 c. thinly sliced cooked pork
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Soy sauce
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Place in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Heat skillet or wok; add oil and meat; stir fry until brown. Add onions, fry 30 seconds. Stir in vegetables, lifting and turning until very hot. Sprinkle with soy sauce and chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
