1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. taco mix
2 1/2 oz. can sliced black olives
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 (16 oz.) bag Doritos
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger and drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer bottom with 1/2 package of Doritos, slightly crushed. Spoon meat mixture over Doritos. Then layer in order: Sour cream, 1 cup cheese, other 1/2 Doritos, 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
