CHINESE SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
4 slices cheese
2-3 tomatoes, cut small
Salt and pepper to taste
Water and cornstarch thickening

Saute celery, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in small amount of bacon drippings. Thicken slightly with a mixture of water and cornstarch. Add cheese slices and mix when melted. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper; stir. Combine with spaghetti and bacon. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
