CHINESE VEGETABLE STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cut diagonal into 1/2" slivers
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 med. tomatoes, cut in 1/8's
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1 green onion & top. chopped
1 med. onion, sliced thin

Place meat in a bowl and mix with soy sauce, salad oil, garlic, ginger and sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes (you can marinate overnight if you wish). 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. sugar 4 tbsp. water
