CHINESE STEAK 
2 lb. sirloin, cut in 1-inch thick bite-size pieces
4 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
Garlic salt, pepper and Accent to taste
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can bean sprouts and liquid
1 can tomatoes, mashed
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
3 stalks celery cut in 1/2-inch strips
1 lg. onion, sliced
4 tsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp cold water

Brown meat in shortening. Add salt and pepper, garlic salt and Accent. Cook 5-10 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and sugar. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add bean sprouts, tomatoes, green pepper, celery and onion. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water and add. Cook until thick. Serve over rice. Green salad and hot French bread make a quick meal.
