MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
2 pkgs. cornbread
1 1/3 c. milk
1 can cream corn

Mix together. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan, then layer these - 1 pound of hamburger (browned), 1 1/2 to 2 cups cheese (grated), onion, and jalapeno peppers. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
