CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice (not minute rice)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of celery soup
1 can of water
Little salt and pepper (optional)
1 pkg. onion soup mix (i.e. California onion dip mix)
1 whole chicken cut up or selected parts

Place rice in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan. Place pieces of chicken on rice and pour the mixture of soups mixed with water over the chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup over entire contents. Cover with foil and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 3 hours. DO NOT REMOVE foil until the end of 3 hours.
