CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice brown
4 chicken breasts, split into 8 pieces
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can celery soup

Butter a rectangular 10 x 13 inch pan. Add rice. Sprinkle soup mix on top. Layer chicken on top of that. Mix 1 can celery soup and 1 can water in a separate bowl. Pour onto chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake for one hour. Then remove foil and brown for 5 to 10 minutes (do not over brown). Serves 6.
