BAR-B-QUE PORK CHOPS 
7 pork chops
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 c. water

Brown pork chops quickly. Pour off fat. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
