1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup finely grated nuts (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
miniature chocolates or different candy bars (ex. SNICKERS®) broken up into 1/2" pieces

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine the powdered sugar, butter and vanilla into a large bowl. Blend well. Add dry ingredients.

Form small pieces of dough around the candy pieces. Roll between your palms to smooth out. Don't use too much dough, only enough to totally cover.

Place 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes until set, but not brown. Cool and then roll in additional powdered sugar.
