RUSSIAN CORN 
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 sm. container sour cream
1 1/2 onions, chopped finely
2 bell peppers, chopped finely
3 tbsp. butter
Pepper & salt to taste

In a large skillet stir finely chopped onions and bell peppers in the 3 tablespoons of butter melted until tender and done. While preparing this you can put frozen corn in saucepan with water and let corn cook until tender and done. Then add corn to skillet mixture of onions and bell peppers and add the small container of sour cream. Salt and pepper to your taste and let corn simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
