HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento
4 c. diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl blend together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Add chicken, celery, almonds, pimento, onions; mix well. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes.
