ORANGE-NUT CHEESECAKE | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. granulated sugar 3 tbsp. butter, melted 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. packed dark brown sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans Combine crumbs, granulated sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and brown sugar, mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Blend in vanilla and orange peel; stir in pecans. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees 10 minutes. |
