APRICOT PEACH DELIGHT 
1 box apricot Jello
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Cut the peaches in small pieces. Add the juice with the peaches. Bring to a boil. Empty Jello in bowl and pour the peaches and juice over the Jello. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add 1 cup buttermilk. Place in refrigerator until firm; whip the Jello into the Cool Whip and refrigerate.
