IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. softened butter
Streusel

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie plate 10x1 1/2-inches. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand blender.

Pour into plate; sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55-60 minutes.

STREUSEL:

1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix together until crumbly. Spread on top of apples.
