ROTEL CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. spaghetti
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
4 chicken breasts, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Boil spaghetti and chicken breasts until done. Combine Cheez Whiz and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Microwave until cheese is melted. Then add soup to mixture and dice chicken and add to mixture. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place cooked spaghetti in dish and pour mixture over spaghetti. Salt and pepper. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake on 350°F for 30 minutes. Freezes great. Just wait and add shredded cheese when ready to cook.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
