1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. barbecue sauce

Place frozen hamburger in loaf pan; spread the onion and peppers on top. Add Tabasco sauce to barbecue sauce and stir. Pour over the combination; bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
