BUTTER YAKI WITH DAIKON SAUCE 
2 lb. tender beef, sliced very thin
1 can Japanese mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
2 med. onions, sliced
1 bunch watercress, cut in 3" lengths
1/2 c. butter

SAUCE:

1 c. shoyu
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. mirin
1/3 c. lime juice
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted & ground
1/4 tsp. aji (optional)
3/4 c. daikon, grated

Fry beef and vegetables in butter. Dip in sauce and eat while hot. Serve individual sauce bowls.
