SCALLOPED PORK & POTATOES 
1 lb. ground pork
4 c. potatoes (peeled & thinly sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 c. milk

Lightly brown pork, drain. Beginning with potatoes, layer first 5 ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Pour milk over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
