1 (3 lb.) California chuck roast
3 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
3 cans water

In roasting pan, place meat, soups and water. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours or until meat is slightly tender. It make's it's own gravy. About 1 hour before it's done, you can add cut up potatoes, carrots and onions. More water can be added if necessary. Cover to finish last hour of cooking. Great one dish meal.
