VEGETARIAN PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil

TOPPING:

Mozzarella cheese
Mushrooms
Peppers (green or red)
Black olives
Pineapple chunks

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
3/4-1 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Crust: Combine 1 cup flour, yeast and salt; mix well. Add warm water and oil. Mix by hand until almost smooth. Gradually stir in remaining flour. Let rest 15 minutes. Divide dough into 2 parts and press into 2 greased 8 x 13 inch cake pans or two 12 or 14 inch pizza pans. Spread half the sauce over each pizza crust. Add toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
