SPROUTED - WHEAT BALLS | |
2 c. sprouted wheat 1 c. almonds 1 lg. onion 1 c. milk 1 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil Process sprouted wheat, almonds and onion in food processor, using coarse chopping blade. Combine with milk, bread crumbs, salt and oil in bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes to absorb liquid. Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen. |
