MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 (8 ounce) box macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Add all ingredients into cooked macaroni except crackers and butter. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with Ritz crackers. Dot with pats of butter and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Tent with foil if topping browns too quickly.
