HONEY-LEMON DRESSING 
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. fresh minced garlic
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dry sherry

Combine lemon juice, honey and vinegar. Whisk well. Slowly add oil, garlic and sherry and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate, covered for at least 1 hour. Servings: makes 3/4 cup.
