1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
2 scant cups flour
1 c. water

Cook all together until boiling. Do not cook flour and baking powder. Remove from stove, let cool. Add flour and baking powder. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
