BAR B-Q BEANS 
1 c. Lima beans
1 c. red kidney beans
1 c. cannolini beans
4 oz. slab bacon, diced
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
1 bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In 3 quart Dutch oven, brown bacon; remove and drain on paper towels. Reserve. Saute garlic and onions in drippings for about 5 minutes. Stir in everything else except beans. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Add beans and reserved bacon. Cover and bake only 30 minutes.
