BEEF AND ONION PIE 
Unbaked pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. canned brown gravy
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
Paprika

Brown meat and onion. Drain off fat. Add gravy and seasonings. Let cool. Fill pie shell with mixture. Beat eggs; mix with cottage cheese. Spread overmeat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
