KILOTCHI 
2 c. flour
1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 sticks butter, softened
1 can Solo Fruit Filling

1. Blend all ingredients except Solo Fruit Filling, until a smooth dough.

2. Cover and chill a minimum of 1 hour.

3. Roll out dough a piece at a time, until very thin.

4. Cut into 3 inch squares.

5. Spoon small amount of filling in center of each square.

6. Fold opposite corners of each square to overlap in the center.

7. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 350 degree F. oven until golden.

8. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
