RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter

Crumble together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Press flat. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND MIXTURE:

4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. orange or lemon juice

Mix together and put on top of crust. Bake until set, about 45 minutes.

3RD MIXTURE:

Beat 6 egg whites; add 12 tablespoons sugar, pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Put meringue on top of rhubarb and bake until meringue is done.
