4 - BEAN SALAD 
Drain:

1 pound can cut green beans
1 pound can cut yellow beans
1 pound can green lima beans
1 pound can chick peas

Combine in a large bowl all the beans with:

1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped pimento

In another bowl, whisk together until well blended:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup wine or apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper

Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss well to coat.

Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. This makes about 8 cups of salad.
