GARDEN VARIETY CHICKEN 
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, about 5 oz. each
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/2 lemon, sliced, seeds removed
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. celery, chopped
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Dash parsley
Dash Marjoram
Dash Italian seasoning
Dash thyme
Dash garlic salt
Dash rosemary
Dash oregano

Place heavy duty aluminum foil on cookie sheet and fill with everything but chicken. Mix thoroughly. Place chicken beneath vegetables. Seal aluminum foil tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Open foil and broil additional 10-15 minutes.

Makes 2 large or 4 medium servings.
