PORK APRITADA 
2 lb. pork, cubed
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
8 c. water
2 med. sized potatoes, cubed
1/4 lb. liver, sliced in 1" cubes
1 lg. red pepper
1 lg. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Saute garlic in oil until brown. Add onions and tomatoes, cook until soft. Add pork and water, let simmer until tender. When tender add sliced potatoes and cook until done. Add liver, red and green peppers, seasonings and cook until liver is done, 5-8 minutes. Serve hot.
